Shipping
Ola Dj ships your items from Cyprus 1-2 business days after payment is received.
For pre-order items please allow for the release date plus shipping time for your item to be shipped.
All shipping orders included tracking numbers.
Cost of shipping is automatically calculated according to weight, size, location and type of delivery.
In the case where products are shipped to a foreign country outside the European trading zone, the customer is liable to pay the customs, tax or import duties according to their country
Most of the products listed are available in stock. If any product is not available you will be informed about the time needed for the shipment.
Payment
Ola Dj currently accepts the following forms of payment: Debit/Credit cards. Cash on delivery via Akis Express is only available for Cyprus.

Return & Refund Policy
Ola Dj accepts returns for items only within 14 days of purchase that are still in its original unopened packaging in new condition, You will be refunded the full amount.
Please return the item before 14 days of purchase if you wish to cancel your order.
You will be responsible for costs associated with shipping the item back.
Pre-order, custom products, cables, light bulbs and opened products cannot be returned.
Opened headphones and wearables cannot be returned due to health and safety hazards.
In the event of faulty products they will be returned to the manufacturer where they will evaluate if it complies with manufacturer warranty policy.
